SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting Wild Wing Clays.

We always endeavor to ship orders as expediently as possible.  Most in stock orders are processed and shipped within 3 - 7 business days. Some orders may need to be put into production and this may add a few extra days to the processing time. Peak shipping seasons and product availability may also affect processing times. Shipping time frames for furniture items and larger quantity orders will be confirmed directly with the customer.

Certain exotic hide products may be temporarily out of stock due to seasonal or limited availability. If there is an extended delay in the restocking of a particular item we will reach out to the customer with the choice to keep the item on backorder or receive a refund or exchange. 

 FREE SHIPPING is via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS/FedEx Ground. 

Should you require expedited shipping of an item, please reach out to us so we can confirm product availability and provide expedited shipping options and rates if necessary. 

We cannot guarantee delivery dates or transit times offered to you by USPS, UPS/FedEx or other parties as these dates / transit times are only provided as estimates by the carrier. Higher value orders will also require a signature upon delivery. 

PLEASE NOTE we follow all US Fish & Wildlife and C.I.T.E.S regulations and therefore DO NOT ship any of the wildlife products out of the USA. 

We also do not ship Zebra or Crocodile products to California.

BY PLACING AN ORDER AND ACCEPTING DELIVERY, THE BUYER REPRESENTS TO WILD WING CLAYS, LLC THAT THE BUYER HAS CHECKED WITH THE APPROPRIATE FISH AND WILDLIFE AUTHORITIES CONCERNING THE LEGALITY OF BUYER'S PURCHASE AND POSSESSION OF THE WILDLIFE PRODUCT(S) THAT BUYER HAS ORDERED WITHIN BUYER'S STATE.
