Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging if applicable. 

Personalized or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping costs are for the responsibility of the customer, we do not offer free return shipping unless a product received was incorrect or defective.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for items being returned for a refund.

We recommend higher value returned items be insured and all returns made via a trackable shipping service so delivery of the returned item can be verified.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item/s, approved refunds will automatically be issued via your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
